cup Fiber One™ original bran cereal

oz fat-free vanilla yogurt

tablespoons frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a medium bowl, sprinkle apple with cinnamon, and toss to coat.

In a parfait glass (or any mid-sized glass), layer half of the cinnamon-coated chopped apple, followed by half of the cereal.

Top with all of the yogurt. Continue layering with remaining apple and cereal.

Finish with whipped topping, and dig in!
