What You Need

1 Fiber One™ oatmeal raisin soft-baked cookie
3 tbsp. apple pie filling
1 tsp. frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. fat-free caramel ice cream topping
tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Spilled a latte on your new fall sweater? Cue the dessert that will remedy this comedy of errors. Stir apple pie filling and cinnamon. Place half of the cookie crumbles in a small serving dish and spoon the pie filling over it. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbles and zap it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Drizzle with caramel and whipped topping. A fireplace and wool blanket optional but encouraged.
